রিফান্ড ও বাতিল নীতি

১. আদেশ বাতিল হলে রিফান্ড

যদি আপনার আবেদনটি বিমা প্রদানকারী কর্তৃক বাতিল হয় এবং এখনো কোনো পলিসি ইস্যু না হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে ৭ (সাত) কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে, তবে প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ফি ও পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে চার্জ বাদ যাবে।

২. পলিসি ইস্যু হওয়ার পর রিফান্ড

যদি পলিসি ইতোমধ্যে ইস্যু হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া নির্ভর করবে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিমা প্রদানকারীর শর্ত ও নীতিমালার উপর। যেকোনো রিফান্ড প্রদান ওই প্রতিষ্ঠান কর্তৃক পরিচালিত হবে।

৩. রিফান্ড অযোগ্য পণ্য

সব পণ্য রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়। অনুগ্রহ করে বিমা পলিসির নির্দিষ্ট শর্তাবলি দেখে নিন — কিছু পলিসি বাতিল বা ফেরতের সুযোগ দেয় না।

৪. রিফান্ড দায়বদ্ধতা

সব রিফান্ড প্রদান এবং দায়বদ্ধতা বিমা প্রদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানের উপর নির্ভরশীল। PolicyMet শুধুমাত্র একটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম হিসেবে কাজ করে এবং অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ব্যবহার করে লেনদেন সম্পন্ন করে।

৫. রিফান্ডের সময় যা যা বাদ যাবে

রিফান্ডের আগে নিচের খরচসমূহ কর্তন করা হতে পারে:

• মেডিকেল পরীক্ষার খরচ
• সরকারি রাজস্ব (যেমন: ভ্যাট, স্ট্যাম্প ডিউটি)
• পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে এবং প্রশাসনিক খরচ
• যতদিন পলিসিটি চালু ছিল সেই সময়ের জন্য প্রিমিয়াম

উল্লেখিত কাটছাঁট সম্পূর্ণরূপে বিমা প্রদানকারীর সিদ্ধান্তের উপর নির্ভরশীল।

৬. গ্রাহকদের জন্য পরামর্শ

যেকোনো পণ্য কেনার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে সংশ্লিষ্ট শর্তাবলি ভালোভাবে পড়ুন। রিফান্ড বা বাতিল নিয়ে সহযোগিতার জন্য আমাদের সহায়তা টিম বা বিমা প্রতিষ্ঠানটির সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At PolicyMet Limited, we are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in every transaction. Please review the following policy carefully before purchasing any financial product or insurance plan through our platform.

1. Refund for Declined Orders

If your application for a financial product or service is declined by the respective provider before issuance, your payment will be refunded within 7 (seven) working days, after deducting applicable processing fees or payment gateway charges.

2. Refund After Policy Issuance

If a policy has already been issued, cancellation and refunds will be governed by the provider’s specific terms and conditions. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed directly by the respective insurance provider.

3. Non-Refundable Products

Not all products on our platform support cancellation or refund. Please refer to your policy’s documentation for specific refund eligibility and procedures.

4. Refund Responsibility

All refund decisions and disbursements are handled by the respective insurance provider in accordance with applicable regulations. PolicyMet Limited acts solely as a facilitator and uses authorized payment gateways to process transactions.

5. Deduction of Charges

The provider may deduct the following charges before processing a refund:

• Medical examination or test costs
• Government levies (e.g., VAT, stamp duty)
• Payment gateway and administrative fees
• Pro-rata premium for the coverage period used

These deductions are at the sole discretion of the insurance provider.
